Event Policies

Code of Conduct

Olympicon is for everyone. Treat attendees, exhibitors, venue staff and organisers with respect. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unwanted contact and disruptive behaviour are not acceptable. Follow reasonable instructions from event staff and respect other people’s boundaries and property.

Olympicon is an LGBTQ+ positive event. We welcome people of all sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions.

If you experience or witness a problem, speak to an Olympicon organiser or venue staff member as soon as you can. We will take concerns seriously and may ask someone to stop their behaviour or leave the event where appropriate.

Children and Young People

Child tickets are available for children under 12. Children under 6 can enter for free. Everyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Photography

We may take official photographs at Olympicon. Before taking or sharing a photograph that identifies you, we will ask for your permission. You can decline or ask us to stop at any time, and we will respect your choice.

Food and Drink

Alcoholic and soft drinks, hot drinks and snacks will be available to purchase from the venue. Alcohol is available to people aged 18 or over. The venue operates a Challenge 25 scheme, so you may be asked to show valid proof of age if you look under 25.
